International Credit Ranking Standard

Picture
When the Bank of Commerce opened its doors, it found itself unable to process the mass of loan applications and it could not properly aid in Financial Counseling without keeping a record on known trusted businessmen and not-so-well known scam artists. Upon the entrance of t'jelle Bank, the Bank of Commerce's "Sister Bank in the eWorld," the two institutions began work on a universal system for ranking citizens and businesses based on a 0 to 100 scale credit system.
After many failed attempts at standardization between the two pioneers in their field, the International Credit Ranking Standard (ICRS) finally was adopted and was left "living" - given the ablity to change as the game mechanics changed. Since then, the Banking, Service, and Loan Departments of the Bank of Commerce have worked in coordination with t'jelle Bank to create an accurate reporting of all persons they come in contact with.
Unfortunately, the eWorld is massive and the staff of the banking industry is a minuscule minority. We have since released a form for the contributor and every day observer to aid us in compiling the list and making it as up to date and accurate as possible. With the ability to file positive and negative reports on individuals, this truly has opened the doors to making the ICRS a complete international standard in a credit system for eRepublik.
